Warranty and support
1. The supplier will address any lack of conformity for a period of two years from the delivery date.

2. Goods will be deemed to be in conformity if they meet the following criteria:
  a) They are suitable for their intended purpose.
  b) They match the description provided by the seller and possess the qualities held out by the seller.
  c) They exhibit the normal quality and performance expected of goods of the same type.

3. The supplier specifies that certain goods, particularly jewelry, are entirely handmade in Italy and may be unique. These pieces are crafted from brass, hand-painted enamel, and protected by Cataphoresis—an electrolytic process that shields the jewelry from wear and oxidation. The finished products are fully immersed in a galvanic bath (nano-ceramic cataphoresis) to apply a transparent coating of ceramic microparticles.

4. Minor imperfections or variations in color may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the product.

5. In accordance with Italian legislative decree 206-6/9/2005, all jewelry is made of hypoallergenic brass, nickel-free, and enamel. Direct contact with alcohol-based substances can damage the enamel. Cataphoresis may erode in cases of high skin acidity.

6. The buyer forfeits any rights if they fail to promptly notify the seller of any lack of conformity, no later than two months after discovering the defect. Notification is not required if the seller has acknowledged the defect's existence.

7. Upon confirming a lack of conformity, the buyer may, at no cost and subject to the conditions outlined below, request repair or replacement of the goods, a reduction in the purchase price, or termination of the agreement, unless the request is objectively impossible or prohibitively expensive for the supplier.

8. The request must be submitted in writing, via registered mail or certified mail, to the vendor, who will respond within seven working days. If the supplier accepts the request, they will specify the method and timeline for repair or replacement.

9. If repair or replacement is impossible, excessively expensive, or delayed beyond the specified timeframe, the buyer may request a price reduction or contract cancellation. The supplier will respond within seven working days and, if the request is accepted, will outline the refund process.

10. In case of contract cancellation, the maximum refundable amount, after deducting expenses, will be equal to the purchase price.
